To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same, saleable condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the unlikely event your order arrives with a defect or has been damaged in transit, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged/missing in transit.

Shipping returns

For unwanted returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs

If you are returning more expensive items, we advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
